Terms & Conditions for Car Rental Service :
1. Booking Deposit to confirm car reservation is required. It is refundable 3 working days after car drop off /car return. This is to check no online summons during period of renting. Renter is responsible for any outstanding summons.
2. Booking Deposit can be made either by cash, online transfer or Credit Card transaction. Proof of payment MUST be sent to our reservation department within 48 hours by email at carrent@keretasewakk.com or Whatsapp to hotline 010-3195977.
3. Booking Deposit via Company Bank Account :
(a) Wildlife Explorer Tours Sdn Bhd / Maybank Sadong Jaya / 560214052263
(b) Wildlife Explorer Tours Sdn Bhd / Public Bank City Parade / 3985580719
4. Any alteration in car booking details is not permitted within 48 hours of pick up date.
5. Cancellation of booking will forfeit the booking deposit.
6. Car rental services is based on 24 hours usage rate. Extra hours will be charged accordingly.
7. Free pick up/drop off service is available during workings hours 08.30 am until 06.00 pm. Free pick up/drop off service is only available at Kota Kinabalu International Airport Terminal 1 & Terminal 2.
7. Minimal Surcharge fee will be imposed for outstation pick up/drop off and overtime working hours 6.30pm until 8.00 am.
